Here at RedRestore, we take pride in the fact that your results meet your complete satisfaction.

But what happens if you do not see the expected results? In case you are not satisfied with your results when using the RedRestore Laser Diode Cap, you will be refunded the purchase price of the RedRestore Laser Diode Cap within the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

To be clear: for relevant results, you must use your RedRestore Laser Diode Cap for at least 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase, before you can request to return your laser diode cap, and this is because results are only determined by long term use, and only when properly following the provided instructions. If, after the 12-month period (365 days) of proper use, you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us at support@redrestore.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the returning procedures. Please make sure you request to return the product within 14 days after base trial period of 365 days. Returning conditions from Return / Cancellation Policy apply.

Once the device has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued. All shipping fees, import fees and transaction fees are supported by the customer and are non-refundable. Failure to comply with our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy guidelines within the eligible time period can result in RedRestore refusing to accept your delivery. Please note that only purchases made directly from www.RedRestore.com are eligible for our Customer Satisfaction offer. Also, please note that, provided you can purchase more units from us, RedRestore’s Satisfaction Guarantee Policy can only be used once per customer.

Refunds are issued via PayPal.com (All Customers), ACH Bank Transfer (USA Only) or E-Transfer (Canada Only). 

** The satisfaction guarantee does not include additional batteries purchased, extended warranty coverage, vitamin gummies, DHT Blocking Vitamins, shampoo, conditioner and topical serums. These items are final sale.

Here at RedRestore we are so confident in our products that we offer all our customers a 12-month trial period. The trial period is subject to certain conditions. For sanitary and hygienic reasons, during the 12-month trial period, any return of the RedRestore Laser Diode Cap is considered open box and is subject to a 28% open box restocking fee of the purchase price and is not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. All shipping fees, import fees and transaction fees are supported by the customer and are non-refundable.

In any case, in order to be accepted and eligible for refund under the aforementioned conditions, the returned product and its packaging must be received by us in the same physical condition that was originally shipped out (no rupture on the package, no visible sign of physical blows, product must be fully functioning, like-new with all original accessories included) as when received. In the eventuality these conditions are not completely met, we may, on a case by case judgement, reject the refund or retain an up to 50% restocking fee, in order to cover the refurbishing expenses.

If you wish to return your RedRestore Laser Diode Cap before the expiration of your 12-month trial period, please send us an email at support@redrestore.com, and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the returning procedures. Your package must be postmarked for returned within 14 days from email issuance. In case you decide to cancel your order after a tracking number has already been issued, your order cannot be cancelled anymore. You must proceed with returning the product as provisioned in our Open Box / Cancellation Policy, and, as previously stated, the product will be subject to the 28% open box restocking fee of the purchase price, plus non-refundable shipping and transaction fees. Failure to comply with any of the above provisions will result in RedRestore immediate right to refuse any refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

This warranty policy is effective as of January 31, 2021. Devices purchased made before this date are subject to this warranty policy HERE >> 

www.RedRestore.com provides manufacturer’s warranty for Laser Diode Cap devices that are only purchased directly on www.RedRestore.com, and covers only manufacturer defects or product issues. Please be aware that any product damage (or missing / lost items) inflicted by the customer is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  The RedRestore Manufacturer’s Warranty covers 1 (one) defective device for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers battery packs, cables and charging accessories for the first 90 days after purchase date. 

Replacement devices, cables and / or battery packs reported to be defective after the 1 (one) year warranty period (from initial date of purchase) are not covered under an additional 1 (one) year manufacturer's warranty.

It will only be possible for RedRestore to process an exchange or refund that is equal to the original product purchased. Upon exchange of the product, first we will fully examine it, and then decide as to whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as a result of the defect. If you decide to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@redrestore.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the warranty claim procedures.

RedRestore's DHT Blocker offers you a no-questions asked 90 day money back guarantee. This is because, in order for you to get the best results, the vitamin must be taken daily for a least 90 days. If you're not satisfied, let us know 14 days after the 90 days from date of purchase and we'll get you set up to return your product for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Due to sanitary reason, all returns made before the 90 day trial are subject to a 28% open-box restocking fee because we do not resell our vitamins.

The 90-day Money Back Guarantee is not valid for DHT blocker refills / reorders.

RedRestore's Derma Pen comes with an automatic 90 day manufacturer's warranty that covers defective products. Due to sanitary reasons, RedRestore's Derma Pen and derma pen refill cartridges are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

Extra batteries, chargers and cables purchased by the customer as well as RedRestore Vitamin Gummies, Extended Warranties, DHT Blocking Vitamins, Derma Pens, Derma Pen Refill cartridges, RedRestore Shampoo, RedRestore Conditioner and RedRestore Serum  / Topicals are final sale. Due to the sanitary nature of these products, they are not subject to the Money Back Guarantee and will not be refunded if returned.

RedRestore Certified Refurbished products are final sale and cannot be returned. Refurbished products do not come with our satisfaction guarantee. All sales are final.

RedRestore Certified Refurbished products are covered under a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty and only cover manufacturer defects and product issues.
