Manufacturer's Warranty Coverage for devices purchased before January 31, 2021

www.RedRestore.com provides manufacturer’s warranty for Laser Diode Cap devices that are only purchased directly on www.RedRestore.com, and covers only manufacturer defects or product issues. Please be aware that any product damage (or missing / lost items) inflicted by the customer is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.  The RedRestore 148 Laser Diode Cap warranty covers for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, whereas the RedRestore MAX (272) Laser Diode Cap is covered for 2 (two) years manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers battery packs, cables and charging accessories for the first 90 days after purchase date. 

It will only be possible for RedRestore to process an exchange or refund that is equal to the original product purchased. Upon exchange of the product, first we will fully examine it, and then decide as to whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as a result of the defect. If you decide to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@redrestore.com and we will provide you with all the necessary information in order to initiate the warranty claim procedures.
