When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. For a full list of countries, click the link HERE. We ship to North America, South America, Europe, United Kingdom, South Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Input your shipping address at checkout to ensure we ship to your location. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
How much is shipping to my country?
We offer free standard shipping to USA and Canada. We ship all international orders with UPS standard shipping. The exact shipping rate per your region is calculated at checkout. Please input your shipping address at checkout for the exact shipping rate with UPS. Shipping rates do not include potential taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for all charges incurred in shipping the package.
Can you adjust the value of the order?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
When will my order arrive?
Packages going to USA and Canada may take 5 - 7 business days to arrive. International packages can take 7-15 business days (or more) depending on where final destination is located.
Do I pay for return shipping on a returned item?
Yes, if you choose to return an item for refund, we (RedRestore) do not cover the return shipping costs. RedRestore is not liable for any shipping fees or import fees & duties incurred when returning an item to our warehouse.
Abandoned Package | If UPS is unable to contact you to deliver your package (you cannot be reached for delivery and / or to pay custom fees)
If you are an international customer (outside of USA / Canada), you are responsible to track your parcel and pay your custom fees. If UPS or RedRestore is unable to reach you at your provided phone number or email at checkout and therefore UPS is unable to deliver your parcel, RedRestore reserves the right to abandon your package with UPS. RedRestore is not liable for any and all fees associated with abandoning your package with UPS. RedRestore will not refund abandoned packages that did not make it to the receiver address.
What happens if I choose to refuse the parcel / return to sender?
If you choose to refuse your parcel and / or return to sender, you are liable for any and all fees associated with that action. Any fees associated with refusing your parcel / returning to sender incurred by RedRestore will be deducted from your refund amount when your item is received at our warehouse.
