How do I claim my warranty?

If you are experiencing any issue with you product, please email us at support@redrestore.com to start your warranty claim.


Your laser system is covered for 3 years from date of purchase. 


To expedite the process, please send us a description, a photo and / or a short video of what you are experiencing. 

How does the shipping work?

Once we have correctly identified the problem at hand we will either: 


Ship you out the replacement part needed (battery, cable etc...) free of charge. 


Or, if necessary, process an exchange for a brand new unit. We will pay to ship you out a new unit free of charge. When you receive your new unit, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send back the defective unit.  


We cover all shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim.

What's covered?

RedRestore's Manufacturer's Warranty covers any defect caused by manufacturing error that effects the proper functioning of your system. For example: batteries no longer holding charge, frayed cables, defective circuit boards. Accidents and neglect are not covered.
