Once we have correctly identified the problem at hand we will either:
Ship you out the replacement part needed (battery, cable etc...) free of charge.
Or, if necessary, process an exchange for a brand new unit. We will pay to ship you out a new unit free of charge. When you receive your new unit, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to send back the defective unit.
We cover all shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim.
