Ordered replacement battery and the original charging cable cord is the problem not the battery. I have sent numerous emails requesting a call back to speak to someone and all I keep getting is an automated response… I have sent everything that was asked by the automated responses and still don’t have a resolution…. Can someone please call me? I will supply my phone number when you reply to this review
This is impersonal. I used this for 11 months and then made the mistake of plugging it into the charger before unplugging it from the cap. The battery needs replacement. I order it a month ago and it still is not here. I want to return the cap and get a refund. No much for risk free. I need an address to return this cap to. I have no use for a glorifed flash light.

I recently had a problem with my battery pack overheating, warping and not working any longer. I sent an email to Red Restore and they promptly replaced the pack!!! I could not be happier!!!
I bought my laser cap about 21 months ago. A little over a year into it my first battery pack just started not working correctly. It would just shut itself off after 60 seconds of use wouldn’t charge properly. So eventually I just stopped using the product. I did finally get around to buying the replacement which is not cheap considering. Eventually this battery will most likely go after one year too. The laser cap does work!!! Just a poor design that it is hooked into a battery pack vs an a wall outlet. I’m not sure who walking around with a laser cap on their head. Me personally…. I’m sitting down in the privacy of my bedroom or bathroom. The last thing you want to do is have the cap fall off and be staring into a handful of lasers. So the idea that the cap needs to be portable 🤔
